To enable Highcrest Equity to perform tax support services effectively, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely financial records, documents, ledgers, and information. Highcrest Equity relies entirely on the authenticity and accuracy of the data provided by you or your authorized representatives. We do not independently audit or verify the underlying factual truth of documents supplied to us unless specifically contracted to do so. Highcrest Equity shall bear no liability for penalties, back taxes, interest, or regulatory actions resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or delayed information provided by the client.
